Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Diployit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Diployit provides a managed hosting environment for WordPress and Shopify stores along with an open-source framework, dashboard and skills marketplace. We continuously improve the service and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including keeping your credentials confidential and notifying us of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Diployit to host illegal content, distribute malware, abuse the API, infringe on intellectual property, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
5. Content & data
You retain all rights to your store data. You grant Diployit a limited license to host, process and back up that data solely to provide the service. You can export and delete your data at any time.
6. Payments & refunds
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Third-party services
Diployit integrates with WordPress, Shopify, Stripe, PayPlus and other providers. You are responsible for complying with their terms.
8. Intellectual property
Diployit's name, logo, and proprietary parts of the platform remain the property of Diployit. The open-source core is licensed under MIT.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep stores online (see SLA), but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Diployit's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You can cancel any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will email you about material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
