The marketplace

Diployit operates a marketplace that pairs video creators with advertisers. By signing up, you agree to act as either a creator, an advertiser, or both, in accordance with these terms.

Revenue split

Every shekel of advertiser spend that produces a billable impression is split 50/50: half is credited to the creator's wallet, half is retained by the platform. This split is final and is not subject to renegotiation.

Creator obligations

You must own or have permission to monetize the videos you connect to Diployit.
You must comply with the terms of the underlying social platform (YouTube, Facebook, X). We do not override their policies.
You may pause ads at any time, but already-rendered placements that have started serving must complete their billed window.

Advertiser obligations

You must own or have license to all assets you upload (video, image, logo, text).
You may not advertise gambling, alcohol, political content, adult content, or predatory loans on Diployit. These categories are blocked at the platform level.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or platform safety rules. You may delete your account at any time; see our privacy policy for what happens to your data.
